This book puts a kicking twist on the original story "The Three Little Pigs". The ninja action words can keep a reader engaged. The three little pigs go to ninja school to learn how to fight the big bad wolf, "Ninja Style". This book is great for retelling the "Three Little Pigs Story" in an fun and interesting way. I can use this book when I am doing a compare and contrast lesson. I could read the original book and read the Three Ninja Pigs and see if my students can compare and contrast the two books.
